Linksys 80070436 Does Anyone Know Hot To Fix Error 80070436 On A Ralink Linksys Router?

Does anyone know hot to fix error 80070436 on a Ralink Linksys router? - linksys 80070436

I have tried everything. I tried deleting the driver is already installed computer/windows/system32/drivers manuallly and remove the driver. Then he tried the Windows update to update the driver - failure.
Attempts to remove the software / driver uninstall programs from Control Panel, and reinstall from scratch using the Linksys CD that came with my adapter - also normal work. The team says no adapter is installed ......

When I try to do it using Device Manager "update drivers" I get an error saying the device is already in use and can not be installed.

Someone has to know with certainty what is happening here and solve the world like this one please ????? I can use my adapter at all and can not connect to the Internet. Please help: (
